Julian leads Rackspace’s Customer Loyalty Program and Net Promoter practice. Since joining Rackspace® in 2006 as an Enterprise Account Executive, he has held various leadership roles in operations, all focused on improving the company’s ability to deliver its award-winning Fanatical Support® to hundreds of thousands of customers. In his current position, Julian is focused on keeping customers at the center of strategy as the industry undergoes a drastic technology shift.
